Our Story
LiteQoE was born from our own journey as small business owners — the wins, the headaches, and those pivotal moments when clear financial insight changed everything.
We’re Ryan and Morgan Adair, a husband-and-wife team who’ve lived the full lifecycle of the entrepreneurial life.
Ryan started young, building and scaling businesses from scratch; from a teenage landscaping venture, to industrial coatings companies, including one he successfully exited. Along the way, he found a passion for M&A, advising everyday owners on both buying, selling and building successful businesses.
Morgan is our financial powerhouse. She's an expert bookkeeper who transforms chaotic records into sharp, honest insights. She makes sure every number tells the real story, no fluff.
Together, we watched too many great small business deals stall or fall apart. Traditional Quality of Earnings reports? They were often overpriced (tens of thousands), overly complex, jargon-heavy, and way more than most service-based businesses needed.
We knew there had to be a better way.So we created LiteQoE — a streamlined, affordable alternative designed specifically for service-based businesses like pool routes, salons, HVAC, landscaping, and more (typically under $3M in value).
